| Employee Certificate Of Recognition |

|
Spidersafetyweb.com proprietary contribution to the health, safety and wellness of all
employed in the workplace. Bringing closure to the circle of safety accreditation,
auditing, upgrading with ZERO INJURY as its objective.
|
What E-COR is all about? Government, educators, consultants,
employers, service and supply stakeholders are in activity
to qualify, monitor and audit safety programs with net paybacks including monetary, safety program maintenance and upgrade, employer awareness and employee interview respecting
safety program knowledge and workings all for the betterment of an injury free workplace.
|
Spidersafetyweb.com offers another medium for accreditation for the
worker. There are a number of textbook knowledge’s one must have entering into and working in the workplace. Both
federal and provincial occupational and health regulations state “a worker must know…” So how does
the worker know? Employer provides copies of regulations for worker to read. Employer has it’s own policies, rules
and procedures… again for the worker to read. There is a significant amount of text for the worker to read, comprehend
and acknowledge understanding. There is annual interview within the safety audit process where workers are asked their knowledge
of safety programs. There is room for upgrading the link between corporate audit and employee audit. Spidersafetyweb.com
institutes employee (E) self-safety audit and will issue a certificate of recognition (COR) to individuals who have undertaken
a simple questionnaire to determine where they themselves reside with safety awareness (ECOR).
|
What is the point? Workers are their own
safety person. After all is said and done with the employer, there may be some worker deficiencies the
worker must address before work commencing. The questionnaire outlines a number of safety-value questions and is dependant
on the individual honestly answering questions to provide a gauging tool for one's own knowledge of safety regulations both
government and workplace related. The key word is “honest”. The questionnaire is
designed for one to conduct a self-safety audit. Once completed, one can determine what needs to be improved
over time until the next self-safety audit. Ultimately, one becomes safety smart, prepared to do task,
eliminate injury, remain in the workplace and enjoy family and leisure times.
|
Spidersafetyweb.com offers three levels of E-COR: . Level III
E-COR:This level is intended for the newcomer to the workplace,
the beginning of becoming safety smart. The newcomer is one who is just getting out of school and entering
the workplace for the first time, a person transferred from one job task to another, or a person transferring from one firm
to another. . Level II E-COR:This
level is intended for the worker who has been in the workplace and in regular position for three to five years.
This worker is questioning him or her self on their working knowledge of programs they are complying with on a day-to-day
basis. . Level I E-COR:This
level is intended for any worker "directing another worker to perform a task". This worker
must be keenly intuitive of regulatory, employer, and client safety compliance regulations, policies, rules and
procedures. This level E-COR cannot be achieved without completing Level II E-COR or Level III E-COR
